When reinstalling or replacing components, be sure to disconnect the battery and wait for 10 seconds or more, and then reconnect

the battery. The units in the ULTEGRA Di2 6770 series (electronic gear shifting system) are designed to be recognized individually by

the system, and so if this step is not carried out, the components will not operate correctly.

For safety, be sure to read this dealer’s manual thoroughly before use, and follow it for

correct use.
